Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for Green Apps products, including Green Bowler, Green Captain and any future apps we release.
1. Free tier
Each app includes a way to try it before committing to a subscription — no payment is required. Green Bowler includes a free tier allowing you to record a limited number of matches. Green Captain includes a one-month free trial with full Silver-tier access. We encourage you to make use of the free tier or trial before subscribing
2. 30-day refund guarantee
If you subscribe and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your subscription purchase date, no questions asked. To request a refund within this period, please contact us at contact@greenapps.co.uk with your registered email address and we will process your refund promptly.
3. Refunds after 30 days
Refund requests received after the 30-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We will always try to be fair and reasonable. In particular, if you have subscribed but have not used the app at all, please contact us and we will consider a refund regardless of timing.
4. Automatic renewal and inactive accounts
Subscriptions renew automatically each year. You will receive an email reminder before your renewal date so the charge is never a surprise. If you are charged for a renewal and have not used the app since your previous renewal, please contact us and we will consider a refund.
5. How refunds are processed
Payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf. Refunds are issued by Green Apps via Stripe to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
